📞 Twilio API Credentials

Connect your Twilio account to enable calls and SMS. Account SID + Auth Token + Phone Number are all you need for basic SMS. Your Auth Token is stored securely and never shown after saving.

Starts with AC — found in your Twilio Console dashboard.
Never returned after saving. Leave blank to update other fields without changing it.
Your Twilio number in E.164 format (e.g. +15195551234). Used as the From number for calls and SMS.
🎙 Voice Calling — Browser SDK

Enables direct browser-to-phone audio calls using the Twilio Voice JavaScript SDK (WebRTC). SIP is not required. You need to create an API Key and a TwiML App once in the Twilio Console.

Quick setup (3 steps in Twilio Console):
  1. Go to Account → API keys & tokens → create a Standard API key → copy SID and Secret.
  2. Go to Voice → TwiML Apps → create an App → set the Voice Request URL to http://<your-server>/api/phone/twiml → copy the App SID.
  3. Paste all three values below and save.

💬 Messaging API

SMS works out of the box with just your Account SID + Auth Token + Phone Number above. A Messaging Service SID is optional — it enables advanced features like number pooling, sticky sender, and delivery receipts across multiple numbers.

Starts with MG — from Messaging → Services. Leave blank to send from your phone number directly.
🔗 SIP Configuration (Optional)

Only needed if you're routing calls through a hardware SIP phone or a SIP trunk. Most shops can skip this — the Browser SDK above handles calls without any SIP setup.

💳 Payment Gateway & POS Billing Configuration

Configure Square, Stripe, and POS terminal billing parameters. Credentials are saved directly into the database and encrypted/masked at rest.

Production or Sandbox Access Token (starts with EAAA...).
Your Square Business Location ID (from Locations tab in developer portal).
Square Webhook Signature Key for HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
💳 Stripe Configuration

Configure Stripe API keys for card processing and payment intents.

Stripe Publishable API key.
Stripe Secret Key (starts with sk_test_... or sk_live_...).
Used to verify incoming Stripe webhook signatures.
🏷️ POS Billing & Hardware Parameters
Hardware device ID assigned to this POS checkout register.
Sales tax percentage (e.g. Ontario 13.00% HST).
